Office Coordinator

 

Brooklyn based AV Installation company seeks full-time Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of all daily administrative operations of the company.

Some responsibilities include:

-Answer and route phone calls

 

-Keep track of shared calendar and schedule appointments accordingly

 

-Create and update records (invoices, PO's, contacts, etc.)

 

-Learn the ins and outs of our back office computer system in a timely manner

 

This person will also serve as the right hand to the owner making sure his daily commitments are being met. Candidate must be able to multi task and have strong organizational skills. Proven experience as a back office assistant or other relevant administrative role, customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft office are a must.
